Bureau du cabinet de juristes en mobilité internationale à Lyon

Our Firm

Founded in 2010, our firm handles the legal and practical aspects of international mobility for employees of SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large international groups.

As lawyers specialized in international mobility, we provide comprehensive and pragmatic responses to inpatriation or expatriation issues for companies of all sizes — SMEs, midsized enterprises (ETI), small businesses, and large corporations. We work across 3 areas: employment law, immigration law, and social security law.

With over 20 years of experience in international mobility, we support companies in their strategy on immigration, social security, expatriation, secondment, or local contracts, in choosing immigration procedures, and in employment law matters for foreign employees.

We work within a network of partners, including tax lawyers specialized in international mobility.

The size of our firm allows for responsiveness and personalized case management, ensuring rigorous follow-up.

Our expertise in international mobility

We approach international mobility through a cross-disciplinary lens: immigration, employment law, and social security. Three complementary pillars to secure your HR decisions and cases, in France and internationally.

01.

Immigration law

Support with professional immigration procedures: work authorizations, visas, residence permits, and employer compliance, to facilitate arrival and continued stay in France.

02.

Social security law

Securing social coverage during mobility: affiliations, secondment/expatriation, coordination of schemes, and continuity of rights, in France and abroad.

03.

Employment law

Legal framework for mobility: contracts and clauses, secondment, intra-group mobility, HR practices and compliance, to limit risks and clarify obligations.
